Very good service smart polite driver ,see were picked up at silly o clock and taken to Luton Airport in a warm and comfortable car.
Our return flight was delayed by two hours and our driver stayed in touch with us , so our pick up and journey was trouble free and we will use Z's Executive services again

I was unable to get my flight home and had to waite in the airport all night until the next day.
although I understand paying for my missed pick up £45.
I was not expecting to pay a £10 waiting charge. I will not book a 2 way taxi again.

Every right minded client will know that if a driver has to wait for a client after its timeframe of landing, and dosent arrive will be charged for waiting. In Brendas case we did not recieve any form of notice from her not attending the flight she booked in with us. From the time the plane landed we do not charge for the 1st 30 min. Then there after we charge and wait for a total of an hour after the 30 min wait. Bare in mind the driver left countless calls & sms. A total of 1h30min wait, and then if we dont hear from the client we charge for the 1 hour wait, there after we leave knowing that the client didnt arrive.

Yes, you can leave details on my web site and I will respond usually 2 working days. But in general it’s a remote business so a phone call/text or even a email will be the way forward.
