I've used this company for the last 4 years and find their canvases good quality, arrive on time and customer services have been really helpful when I've needed them. I have just ordered my 4th canvas and hope to be as delighted as before.The first 3 canvases all used Wowcher codes, this one an emailed voucher code. Each order has taken about 5 days to dispatch, all then arrived when expected and the quality has been excellent, although all prints were using high quality professional images, so I suspect this makes the chances of a good result higher.Overall, I am baffled by the large number of negative reviews as I have had excellent service and great prints. I recently made an order and somehow managed to request the canvas in black and white rather than colour, I didn't realise the mistake and this was on the order. Upon receiving the canvas I noticed the error and contacted YPC requesting to rectify my error, offering to pay for any difference and postage as the mistake was my own. After speaking to a very helpful employee and Alleey via email, I've been sent a new canvas as I wanted, completely free of charge, not even the cost for the additional postage. It's very refreshing to experience such good customer service nowadays, especially as the mistake was my own and could have easily been turned away. After reading all the comments on here, I feel I should review my experience with them. I have used this company 3 times over a 3 year period, for canvases, (one of them was a collage) and never had any problems. I found the website pretty straight forward. Any pictures that I tried to upload that didn't meet the required resolution, just didn't upload, and I just chose different pictures. I opted for the checking before despatch option (for £2.95) and they've always arrived on time, and I got a tracking reference via email. I told my friend about them (and the discount they offer) and she ordered 2 canvases, and is very happy with hers. I think for the price I paid (with 70%) discount, its definitely worth the money.I think unfortunately for the company, a lot of people only review bad service. I could of just been lucky, but after 3 orders, I can't see that being the case.Update.... I found a scratch on my canvas, so I emailed the company. I bought an A1 canvas with a wowcher. The website isn't very end user friendly but eventually I managed to upload my images. The canvas took a long time to arrive (about 3 weeks) but it was perfectly fine when it did arrive. When I eventually ordered my canvas I didn't get a confirmation email or anything from them, only my PayPal confirmation to say money has been withdrawn by them. I hardly ever leave reviews but thought I needed to this time. Before deciding to order I looked on trustpilot, I was shocked with the rating. I then checked out another company I've ordered on before and they had low rating too ( 2 out of 5 stars) but I was please with that company and the product. So after alot of contemplating I decided to give YourPerfectCanvas benefit of a doubt and go ahead with purchasing a voucher to use with them as it was the best price by far (I needed 3 canvases so price was an important factor in the decision). Thier delivery time stated 14 days and I indeed received an email to say item dispatched after the 14th or 15th day. The product itself is beautiful. Only little gripe is that you can see the wooden frame underneath the canvas so it has a slight cream coloured edge. This might just be because my canvas has a white background and therefore is unavoidable Reason I have given 4 stars is I emailed them the day before I receive the dispatch email to ask about my order and didn't hear back from them. I am yet to see the finished product and hope to revisit this review when I do but this seems to be the only way to get your attention as your phone is left off the hook. Please chase order 218379 which I believe is heading back to you after delivery never being attempted. I have sent you several emails which have been ignored as with many reviews this was supposed to be a Christmas present and it is so horribly weak telling a person your gift is in the post when that post was never posted. I hope to get the chance to extol your virtues after this is quickly rectified and the product as good as the photograph I took but am so much more reticent after reading all that has been written here.UPDATE. I placed an order on Groupon for a cracking deal on 2 canvases and only as an afterthough decided to read reviews. I was horrified when I read the reviews on here and immediately regretted placing the order BUT. .. it had been done and the price was really good value so I thought I would stick with it and hoped it would all be ok. I reviewed my emailed order confirmation and realised I had ordered one canvas in black and white by mistake so I emailed the company. I had a very prompt response and was assured that my order would be changed to colour as requested. The communication was excellent I have to say. My canvases arrived as promised before Christmas and my only niggle was one did in fact turn up black and white BUT... I have to say it actually looks quite nice so I'm not going to quibble and am actually quite happy the order didn't get changed. Genuinely not as bad a company as everyone makes out, I appreciate they can maybe be a bit difficult to get in touch with at times but both times I have called late afternoon and got through no problem. I had an email to let me know when the items were despatched and when I called to check when I should expect delivery they were more than helpful. I am still waiting for the items to turn up but I'm hoping there won't be any issues with that. People need to understand that they are probably buying items at a heavily discounted price and so will hundreds of other people, have a bit of patience.Not a bad experience from my point of view, not outstanding but definitely not bad. I was worried when I saw some of these reviews after my order never turned up and appeared to have gone back to the sender. I contacted yourperfectcanvas and they got it all sorted for me, getting my order to me at my work address - different address to where I had originally had it sent.I can only assume the cause of most of the negative reviews is because of the delivery company. I am really impressed with the amazing service i received. I had a problem using the website so i called up and the lady on the other end assisted me the best she could and told me to email over the details and she would place the order on my behalf. I emailed it over and within mintues she had confirmed the order for me. 3 days later (10am in the morning!!!!) my canvas arrived and was in perfect condition. I bought my voucher online before I read the reviews....and I've gotta say...I panicked! So many negative reviews. I ordered my canvas less than a week ago and it arrived today in perfect condition exactly as ordered. The only thing I can think is maybe some (not all, but some) of the issues are because are using low resolution images (from a mobile etc) that lose clarity when blown up to larger sizes. I used a digital image taken from my SLR camera and there was no problem at all.Maybe I got lucky, maybe the people who have a good experience don't take the time to comment. Who knows! Don't usually write reviews but decided to write one. Although the canvas' were slightly delayed they were absolutely beautiful and great quality. We've all purchased from wowcher and I assume they took on more orders than they expected. They obviously have staffing issues due to the volume of work they've taken on. They're getting a lot of bad reviews but when you're paying for a canvas at such a discounted rate expect a delay. If you want immediate delivery then pay the standard rate elsewhere. I have bought a voucher for their set of 3 wooden hearts with printed photos during the Christmass. It arrived today, which is a good time, taking in account the holidays. I only contacted the customer support the first week of January to get some estimate of dispatch as I was leaving for holidays and would have to arrange someone to get the package for me. I received a satisfying and polite reply, and the product arrived as promised in the e-mail.Reading the reviews here, I have been little worried about the quality and the accuracy of photo emplacement. But the result exceeded my expectation. The position of photos is exactly as I have chosen and the print looks good. There´s only one little minus, when looking very closely at the pictures, there are about three tiny white spots. I placed and paid for my order on the first of December, I contacted Your Perfect Canvas on the 10th December as my order status showed pending. I received a reply saying that everything was ok with my order and that it could take upto 14 working days to arrive. Two more emails and no reply, this morning 23rd December checked my status and my order is still pending, have just sent another email.. Obviously not going to get the canvas before the New Year, very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my mother..I received a response on the 1st January... My uploaded image wasn't suitable so could I please resend the original image. 3rd January I received an email stating that my image had been received.. 19th January email to say that my canvas had been despatched, Monday 23rd my canvas was delivered. Originally purchased a voucher code through a website for this company and placed my order int he middle of November. Whilst waiting for the order to arrive i was a but unsure after reading quite a few negative reviews on here. My canvas arrived after 11 working days and was perfect. They kindly send me another voucher code that i could use again. I duly did that same day and ordered another 3 canvas that I'm sure are going to make perfect Christmas as pressies. I don't want to give any company bad feedback but I can't see how I cannot on this occasion.I ordered a canvas from living social on the 29th October and thought it would make a great addition to my front room, the price was good and if the product was good then I would order more through YPC. However, I started to worry as I had not yet received my order so on the 20th November I sent an email and got a response pretty quickly saying that they had tried contacting me (I had received no email correspondence before this time) saying that due to the size properties of my photo they could not stretch it enough over an A0 so needed another picture. I then sent another picture via email on 21st November and again a quick response via email saying they will attach the image and I will receive a dispatch confirmation via email.No dispatch confirmation email sent so I sent another email on 1st December saying that I had not received anything as yet and on the 5th December I received an email from them saying it will be dispatched within 48 hours.15th December and as yet I have no canvas so sent another email and awaiting the response.This isn't a Christmas present anyway but do not believe that I will get this before Christmas.I have now received the canvas and it is excellent!
