Contacted them on Thursday evening as we needed a lintel assessment asap. They arrived on Saturday and by Sunday night the report was in. It transpired that we would require a steel beam recommendation as the current lintel was inadequate and were severely pressed for time. They stayed up late on Monday night completing calculations and submitting in the early hours of Tuesday I must also point out that communicating throughout the entire process was fantastic we were made aware of all the issues that are present and may arise in the future this enabling us to make an informed decision regards to best way forward. I needed a structural survey for knocking through a wall in my flat. Because we are in an old building, we were unable to obtain blueprints to determine whether or not the wall was non-structural. Peng was very thorough and able to determine that the wall was not load bearing. He completed the survey in good time and at a very reasonable price.
