Once we made an offer and it was accepted Mario personally pushed our transaction forward, investing a huge amount of time to make sure that we got to exchange within our time limits. We have recently purchased a property through the Bedworth office, as a rule we do not leave reviews but on this occasion we felt the need. On the whole we have been happy with the service provided but we wanted to make a special mention to a particular member of staff.Charlie the lady who showed us around our new home for the 1st time put herself out when we hit a snag via our solicitor and we needed to view again to provide a answer for our solicitor 3 days before exchange. I telephoned her and with very short notice and despite being fully booked with viewings she offered to start work early so we could see the property for a 2nd time on her way into the office.This was crucial for us as without her kind offer we may not have been able to exchange and as there was other interest in the property we may have even lost it! Your Move sold our house fast. The sign went up Thursday and we had an offer the following Tuesday. The offer was slightly lower than we expected, but Your Move helped negotiate the same reduction on the house we wanted to buy. Their sales staff were friendly and approachable. Their financial adviser sorted out the new mortgage that we needed and guided us through the mountain of paperwork that we had to complete. Best of all was their chaser, Natasha, who chivvied and prodded all of the parties (buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, etc.) on a daily basis to make sure that everything that needed to be done was done as fast as possible and kept us informed with emails and phone calls right up to the end.
