If you are one of our regular window cleaning customers the windows of your conservatory will have been cleaned on every maintenance clean but you may want the roof of your conservatory cleaned as an extra. Alternatively you may want to book a complete conservatory clean which includes the roof, windows, all UPVC areas and doors. We use a special conservatory roof algae cleaner that will break it down making is easier to clean off. Using a water fed pole and pure water we will scrub the roof rinsing away all the dirt and algae. We will use the same method as we do for window cleaning to clean the glass on the conservatory. To make pure water we filter tap water through a resin to remove all the impurities and chemicals. When used for cleaning windows it will dry to leave a spotless finish. When we have finished the clean your conservatory will look fresh and clean prolonging the life of it and keeping up the value of your investment. We price the roof cleaning at a set price per roof panel and the side windows at a set price per pane of glass.

When cleaning soffits and fascias we find it best to apply a UPVC cleaning solution to the area being cleaned and then using a water fed extendable pole we scrub the surface and rinse away the cleaning solution with pure water. Using the water fed pole we are able to reach over porches, conservatories, garages and extensions to clean the soffit and fasica. This also means that we dont need to use ladders to climb up and complete the clean. We charge a set price per metre of area that needs cleaning but we may add on more if the soffit and fasicas are extra wide or extremely dirty. When working out a your price don’t forget to include the apex of the roof if you are end terrace, semi or detached. When booking a soffit and fascia clean you may want to also book for a window clean as well because it is likely that your windows will get dirt splashed on them during the clean. A soffit and fascia clean will make your property look fresh and clean.
