Knowledge and making small changes that you can incorporate day to day! Understanding why doing certain things helps you achieve certain outcomes, when you understand the "why" it is a lot easier to remain consistent to the "how".

Supporting women to feel confident and empowered in their body.

After falling pregnant with my first baby, the lack of knowledge on how to support pregnant and postpartum women get back to exercise felt almost non-existent. It inspired me to research, train and share this knowledge so that women can feel empowered and confident in their body.

All services can be provided online if preferred - just let me know and we can make necessary arrangements whether that's live online coaching, programming that you can fit in around your week, nutrition focus etc..

All kit is fully cleaned in between clients, doors open to allow consistent air flow, hand sanitiser readily available and I will be wearing a mask, it is totally up to the client if they would like to train in a mask.
