I can recommend YAB lettings, never had any problems with them. Any repairs were made in a timely manner, and they always have been polite.
Sometimes you need to ring a few times before someone answers the call, but can't really blame them for that.

Fantastic letting agent! We were waiting on a property that had come up to rent but unfortunately the previous tenents were unable to vacate the property at the time stated. The letting agents commincated with consistency and politeness and very true to their word holding the property for me. Very smooth and professional service. Yab also now do the tenancy agreement on the day you move in electronically and the inventory all on the day of moving proving very efficient. Just to add this is the only letting agent that offer this electronic service. The fees are fantastic compared to other leading agents. All in all Yab are by far the best letting agent I've dealt with over the years and would highly reccomend this agent to any prospective renters. 10/10 More...
