Kellie has honestly changed my world with our compassionate therapy we are working through together. Since day 1 Kellie made me feel comfortable to open up to her and go through certain things I haven’t been able to face up to previously. I feel like I have made so many positive changes and it’s all thanks to YooKanToo therapy. Kellie also helped me with a slight chocolate eating habit I had through something called Neuro- Linguistic Programming. Where do I even begin? I have issues with addiction and was pushing everyone away. From our first meeting, I knew Kellie would be the person to help me - She read me like a book and spotted the inner sadness. Before starting therapy, I was worried about connecting with someone. I wanted to work with a therapist who could make me feel comfortable enough to cry, someone who could also make me laugh and empower me to feel in control of the sessions. That's exactly how Kellie makes me feel. I can't describe the feeling I have after each session, it's like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Kellie has been very precise in connecting with my inner self, pacient while listening and adviceable in ways that may bring possiblities - she is very cautious with it. I have sensed no oppression from my inner feels. Very gentle, and percise techniques, Kellie is well prepared for what's comming. I've been having sessions with Yookantoo therapy now for 4 weeks, and the results have been beyond my expectations. I suppose I didn't really know what to expect initially, but Kellie immediately put me at ease from the very first session. She is friendly, considerate, and calming. I really felt that she listened attentively to me at all times, and I felt her empathy for my situation. Kellie has helped me save my own life!! I have gone from incredibly anxious and scared of life to calmer more confident and noticeably happier. I now recognise my triggers and I had quite a few as a result of childhood physical and mental abuse. I am more self aware and finding I’m not even reacting to my triggers. I have been able to travel alone on group tours and had positive experiences. I am now about to travel to Japan completely solo something a year ago would have been unthinkable! Sessions with Kellie are very comfortable, you feel at ease immediately and you know are in a safe environment. Kellie is fab at her job (she doesn’t show its her ‘job’, as she is so passionate & caring). Kellie helped me overcome my phobia of flying. I hadn't flown for 5 years having had occasions where I would have panic attacks and be forced to exit the plane before take-off. This year, since my sessions with Kellie, I have taken 5 flights without any panic attacks, and am getting more comfortable each time. I struggle with Mental health and have tried a lot of different things in my search to make me “feel better” and the problem is i had always gone into these sessions previously sceptical with many other people and i thought nothing would change.
