Targeted Flexibility & Anatomy Training.... let's stretch

A targeted mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked-up hips, and tight hamstrings.

Let's meet up and work on accessing flexibility gains, this is can be a challenge in some postures will holding under passive stretch for 3-5 minutes.

Every session working at turning the focus inwards through the breath and creating release through progressive practice with options for all to enjoy.

This session is about letting be and letting go, exploring-challenging-opportunities to gain a little more self-awareness and self-acceptance
"Be Gentle Be Kind" let's meet up and enjoy a yoga session.

Experienced or new to yoga a private yoga session is a great way to really focus on your own self-awareness and development of your own yoga practice.

Paul creates an environment allowing you to have a greater mindful connection with the breath, body, and mind. Opening the body up for improved mobility, strength, self-awareness, movement, recovery, injury prevention, and mental performance.
