Started earlier this year to try and loosen my body and also attempt the same with my mind and it has worked wonders in both aspects. Claire guides you through breathing techniques which instill the realisation that perhaps taking a moment to take a deep breath can help clear your mind.The physical aspect of the classes considerably help your mobility & flexibility if you fully apply yourself. You find yourself focusing your mind on your current self to free your thoughts. There is also guided meditation of which for me atleast has enabled me to feel the worth of meditation in your own time.I hadn't done yoga in years and did not feel very confident until starting this class but felt right at home. I absolutely love my Yoga7 class on Monday evenings with Claire. The class is run at a spacious, well lit venue and in the evening - which is great for full-time workers and Claire is brilliant. She takes time to explain everything properly and fully and she takes time to get to know everyone. One of the best things of all is that I sleep like a baby on Monday night and wake up refreshed in the morning. Well worth joining! More...

The breathing and relaxation exercises are perfect for me to learn as I head towards the birth of my first child. Claire explains pregnancy options throughout the whole class. She also clearly explains the moves but helps us individually to adjust into the correct positions. More...

Claire is a fabulous teacher who lets you go at your own pace. There is always a 'higher' or 'lower' option to take for each posture depending on your body that day. Really exceptional yoga class! I especially find the breathing techniques helpful in de-stressing me and helping me sleep much better. The focus at Yoga 7 is on the complete yoga experience and you really do come out feeling refreshed and almost cleansed and ready to face the day. I have been attending the Yoga7 St Swithuns Class now for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Claire is a fantastic instructor, she is so passionate and knowledgeable. She guides you through the class, allowing you to work at your own pace and offering advice so you never feel out of your depth. The breathing techniques at the beginning and guided relaxation at the end help you to really switch off and concentrate on getting the most our of your session. Great classes! Have been going to classes at Yoga7 for nearly a year now and am sold on the benefits of yoga. Claire is a great teacher. Really friendly and down to earth. She talks you through each pose step by step and explains the benefits. I started as a complete beginner to classes and have improved significantly over the last year. Claire is a wonderful teacher. Very knowledgeable & approachable & she puts you completely at ease. My husband has been going for much longer than I have & he has noticed a significant change; Improved sleep, posture & wellbeing! Claire is wonderful! Not just about the physical advantages of yoga but also incorporates the mental. Brilliant teacher, very helpful and keeps a good eye on each of us in the class to make sure we're making the most of the classes and moving correctly. Highly recommend!

Brilliant dance/drama school.... My daughter has been going to the Academy Theatre Arts for 4 1/2 years now & she loves it. She is becoming a great little dancer thanks to the BRILLIANT teachers, they have helped my daughter so much & she now dances in the dance festivals for them. Also with the help of the teachers my daughter has had a Distinction in all of her exams & in her last two she has had marks into the 90's. Awesome Academy & Highly recommended More...

I have been going along to Claire's Friday morning yoga class for nearly a year now and have really noticed the benefits. When I started I had some lower back pain which had been troubling me for a couple of years, it has greatly improved . I always feel full of energy after a class and have been sleeping better too. I love that Claire's classes are so friendly and inclusive and suitable for all ages and abilities. If you haven't done yoga before I would really recommend giving one of Claire's classes it a try. Super dance and drama school. Dance options and teaching are by far the best in the Worcester area. Drama good but check out Wymsical for its drama and singing teaching, which is outstanding.

Just back from my first 90 minute Yoga 7 session with Claire at St Peters and though I have tried yoga previously I wanted something more traditional & this is definately it! Claire is a brilliant instructor, the breathing exercises took some getting used to but I was amazed to be retaining breath for 55 seconds without concern. The physical exercises though strenuous were challenging and went through a sensible programme. I loved it and will definately be going back thanks Claire! More...

Since I retired, I have been attending weekly Yoga 7 sessions with Claire for just over a year and I have felt the benefits in several ways. I used to suffer severe back ache at times, but this no longer happens. Also I was noticing some hip discomfort at times, but this has reduced significantly. Claire is an excellent teacher, who gives personal attention to your needs and capabilities. I feel better and fitter in mind and body after my yoga sessions, and would recommend anybody to take up yoga with Yoga 7. More...

I have been attending the class for a number of weeks now and can really feel the benefit. It is definitely helping with my general aches and pains and improving my flexibility.
