Contacted Yare Electrical as couldn’t seem to get any further forward with another company in Norwich with an issue that’d been ongoing for over 6 months in a tenanted property. Phoned and spoke to Shaun and he said they could help. He was very swift and I think he could tell I was at the end of my tether with the situation with the other company and followed up immediately and as soon as he could access the property he did so, measured up for a new hob, ordered one and went back quickly to fit it. What a difference in service. Within a couple of weeks an issue that had dragged on for nearly 8 months was completed. I just needed someone to take the situation on in its entirety and get it fixed. He kept me in the loop re pricing (which was very reasonable) & I cannot fault the service. If you want a professional service, I’d highly recommend. Jimi turned up and got stuck in straight away and in no time at all both sockets were replaced and in good working order. When I called I got an answerphone message and was surprised to get a call back within 15 minutes (Shaun). He sounded friendly, efficient and was very helpful. My tenant had no lights in the kitchen so Shaun did everything he could to get someone there ASAP. A fair and clear price was communicated and this was what I was charged. First class service from Yare Electrical. Shaun dealt with my enquiry efficiently and speedily. He rang me back when he said he would and quickly clarified and confirmed everything by email. Callum came to wire in a new smoke detector and change a group of LED lights. He was knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, worked quickly and left everything really tidy.
