Amazing 1st session. If you read Kay's About me, it's a true reflection of the class, it was fun, informative, challenging with the added bonuses of a head massage and poem at the end. Wonderful class, very welcoming, classes are varied and adapted to all abilities and kay always makes sure you are you are in the correct position to get maximum benefit from the session with the added personal touch of a head massage at the end of the relaxation session. Kay teaches yoga so you are comfortable going at your own pace. Nice touches like head massage ( if you want one) and poem during relaxation at end of class. Always leave feeling more supple and relaxed. Great for the mind as well as the body. I would recommend trying zest yoga and give yourself some "me" time. More...

Kay's light hearted and encouraging approach has made yoga fun and has enabled me to progress my skills.
