Excellent service - recently used them for a return trip from Thame to Oxford and back. The taxi arrived exactly on time, the vehicle was very clean the driver extremely courteous (without being intrusive) and drove in a sensible and safe manner. Would not hesitate to use again.

Nav taxis are special. Nav cares about his customers. I can’t rate Nav high enough. He taxis my teenagers around ( and keeps me discreetly informed re times! ) he is very reasonable when I need a short lift from Thame but most recently we have all had a fantastic experience with him to and from Heathrow. Brilliant taxi service. I was booking for a bridal party so wanted a highly rated taxi service and Nav didn’t disappoint. I took a while before I booked (tweaking our journeys/number of people) and they responded so quickly and were very patient with me . Taxis turned up perfectly on time, were clean, comfortable and well driven. The drivers waited whilst we were at the registry and even lent us umbrellas! Later on in the evening we changed our return time a bit, there was absolutely no problem with this. Very quick response to our request for a quotation which was competitive. Reviews were good so we booked. Were met at Thames Parkway bang on time to go to Manoir Aux Quat'Sesions.
Others on our train who had booked another taxi firm were unimpressed, not on time and 'vague'.
Our driver was again prompt for the return journey.
He was polite, friendly, uninvasive ie did not impose conversation.
Every reason to give max star rating.

Amazing! We booked a round trip from Thame to Heathrow for our recent holiday abroad. Naveed (the owner) was our driver and he picked us up from home on time. Our return flight was on March 1st in horrendous weather (severe snow storm/"Beast from the East") but even so Naveed tracked our flight and was waiting for us at the airport. The road conditions were awful and he explained that his staff were not working but he did not want to leave us stranded. We were so impressed and appreciative! The company was charging time and a half due to the weather but Naveed did not ask us to pay more than we had originally agreed/booked (we paid extra anyway because of the weather but we were really impressed with his professionalism).
