We booked a trial for my mum who is house bound, and gets lonely.
The Mangers we met were brilliant they sat and spoke to my mum about what she wanted and treated her as a person and not someone to make money from.
We was able to choose who we wanted on the rare occasion they are available we are informed and send a profile page of that person.
being able to provide care at short notice apart from time when mum was in hospital and was coming out a day early we only had an hour notice she was coming home ourselves, we asked for someone to join us at 4pm but they couldn't get anyone to us until 5:30 pm however considering the circumstances we thought this was great!
We would be lost with Lotus Care now!

What do you love most about your job?
I love that we are able to provide services which allow them to have the freedom and compassion they choose.
Just because someone needs care shouldn't mean they have to sacrifice things and unfortunately in the care sector that is all to common with understanding and budget cuts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We realised where the gaps are in the market for a service provider offering quality care across all ages, capacity and illness withen care establishments and individuals own homes.
Unfortunately, care has become a cost driven industry to those who have witnessed the devastation failing, low-cost home care was having on people and their families understand this shouldn't be the norm and is in no way right.
Many local governments are cutting the funding to care and meaning costs of care are higher and unaffordable to many this is so local governments can achieve budgets with the result that staff and services are under pressure to deliver.
We believe that the vast majority of failed care is due to this pressure placed on establishments and staff within them.
At lotus care link we don’t believe this is right, especially as peoples lives are at stake
This is why we have taken a whole new approach to care!
We work withen the persons budget we put the person first meaning:
we will not compromise care for cost.
We will deliver the highest standard of care from the very best staff and management team.
