A terrible experience. If I could give minus stars, I would! Scott came across as a helpful and knowledgable architect. He did not deliver anything as promised. Would not answer phone calls and text. To move the build on, I had to contact building control to rectify the mess Scott had made. I had to contact Yorkshire water because he didnt get in touch with them. I lost about 2 months due to this experience. A year on and I still dont have the correct drawings to submit to Yorkshire Water, luckily they dont require them. Please dont make the same mistake I did and go for another company. More...

Scott and his Team's dedication is second to none, they are very responsive and enthusiastic. Scott and the Team have done lots of work for me over the years on my projects. This includes two of my residential properties and also my businesses. The residential designs and project management include a New Build house and a substantial extension and total renovation to an existing property. On the commercial side they designed and projected managed my Gym renovation which was a huge project. Scott's knowledge is literally priceless... I've read before that every minute spent in the planning stages saves 10 minutes on site and I think thats about right. When you're talking about projects that cost a min £10,000's and into the £100,000's, the savings on site from Scott's detailed plans have saved me both a lot of time and a lot of money.
