When I first started sessions with Adam my life and mind seemed to be

“all over the place”

..with no real understanding of what the causes were.

With the use of simple techniques and guidance Adam has given me, I started to see certain things in my life, mindset and thoughts in a much more positive way.

I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone who is open and dedicated to make a step towards permanent change in life.

I’ve been training with Adam for 2 years. Not only has he helped me to lose about 14kg and change the shape of my body. He has also changed my mind set. Adam is full of knowledge in fitness, nutrition, psychology and the mind. He has coached me in life as well as in the gym. I am more focused on my goals in every aspect of my life. Career, fitness, relationships with family and friends and life in general. He has great advice and solutions for any problem I’m having no matter what it is. Adam has taught me that being confident, positive and happy is more about my mind then how I look and that has given me so much strength mentally. Adam is an excellent personal trainer. If you are anxious about starting at the gym, or return to the gym; Adam offers a private space where you are free to learn and develop yourself in the safety of his professional guidance. Highly recommend for everyone.

Having recently completed my first couple of training sessions with WT, I certainly don't have any regrets! Sessions have been challenging and fun & I've already lost weight and reduced my waist measurements. Being a keen and experienced gym enthusiast for 20yrs+ I was looking for new training methods to challenge my fitness and provide new found fitness motivation. Very good PT. Tailors a routine to help meet your goals. I was already a regular gym goer with a good level of fitness but got stuck in a rut and wasn't hitting that next level I aspired for. With Adam's guidance, sessions and being strict with the routine away from Adam's sessions, I managed to hit 9% body fat!! Selfies galore!! I am half way through my training with Adam..and feel fitter and stronger...I have realised personal demons with my food choices which I have found difficult to curb. ..but this is the real world and a work in progress..I don't have lots of weight to lose but want to be toned and more athletic...all of my sessions with Adam have been just the right side of tough...always varied and I personally love the use of the park...Adam is very professional and I now have some waist definition! Adam is a highly professional and effective personal trainer who gets results. I first started working with Adam during his group boot camp and running groups and my fitness levels improved hugely. I then worked with Adam 1-2-1 and he provided a brilliant service to improve my strength, core fitness and flexibility to ensure I began my hockey season in peak condition. After many years of back trouble down to a glass back and prolapsed disks I have seen a number of physios and trainers; the problem is the flare ups just keep happening! Since seeing Adam for some rehabilitation on my back it's never been stronger and I'm able to go about life as normal again! Adam is not only the best PT I have used but he is also a great motivator! I juggle a busy work schedule and family life, getting time to train isn't always the easiest thing to do but Adams motivation and his friendly direct approach to push you to meet your goals is second to none! Adam is a fantastic PT and I feel privileged to have got the opportunity for him to help me on my journey. I had to stop sessions with him only due to going back into education and not working (therefore not earning any money) but I am certain I will be contacting him when my course has finished to continue my journey with hands down, the best PT around! Adam is a superb personal trainer. He has a very good attitude towards the client, his training schemes are extremely effective and his knowledge on nutrition is endless. Having never had a Personal Trainer before, I was skeptical to pay for a service that I may not get anything back from. But Adam was excellent and worth every penny. Adam was patient, informative and understood what I wanted to achieve, and gradually enabled me to accomplish my goal.I would encourage anyone looking to lose weight, train for a specific sport or just to generally get fitter/healthier, to use Wilson Training.
