What do you love most about your job?
I am continually impressed by people and businesses who come up with some very creative ideas of what they want to do. They have spotted a market or an approach to a market that can be highly entreprenurial with great insight. These people come from all walks of life and are highly driven and determined to succeed. They are Great to work with and help to deliver their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was asked to help a Partner company that were having difficulties growing. I joined their Board and took them from £9.8m to £42m in 22 months acting as their Sales and Marketing Director at the same level of profitability. I found the role working with a young dynamic Board highly rewarding and have done this many times now with clients from start-up to established businesses.
