I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association Counselling and Psychotherapy.) I am trained as a relational integrative psychotherapist and have experience in working with, relationship issues, addiction, 12 step recovery, anxiety depression, trauma and self-harm. Finding the right therapist can feel daunting especially if this is your first time, you may be wondering what to expect. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of any therapy. This is why it is important that i create a safe space for you to feel heard and understood. Sessions are 50 minutes and charged at £45. I offer a free 20 minute phone call for any questions you may have.
