Where do I start. My father-in-law was the only person we trusted to look after our two cats whenever we went away but, sadly, he isn't well enough to do this anymore. We didn't want to put the cats in a cattery as we knew they would hate being away from home, so my husband's colleague recommended Sally's Woofers Walkies to us. I was incredibly anxious about leaving the cats in the care of someone I didn't know, mostly because I didn't think they'd take food from anyone else and I was worried they wouldn't eat (even though Sally did her best to reassure me that everything would be fine). And although I wanted the cats to stay at home, it felt weird allowing a stranger into our home whilst we were away. Turns out I didn't need to worry about a thing. Sally was amazing! Not only did she treat our boys as her own (feeding them and giving them both the attention they needed) she also sent us updates and photos of the cats every day. I still felt guilty about leaving them (I always do) but those updates and pictures made a massive difference and gave me complete peace of mind. Having met and spoken to Sally many times now, you can tell she loves animals and genuinely cares about the cats and dogs she is trusted to look after. We are so impressed with the service and so very grateful to have found a 'purrfect' cat carer like Sally, we've already booked Woofers Walkies again for our holiday next year - and we will continue to use Sally's services in the future. You know you’ve got the best ever dog walker (carer, sitter and a million more amazing things!) when it’s so clear how much she cares. We were both so anxious about trusting anyone with our two, and could not be happier with our decision. Sally is not only the kindest, loveliest lady but so experienced and our boys absolutely love her and their time with her. We love the reports that are left, and can already see such an improvement in their behaviour while on walks. She is full of ideas and tips that have been so useful, and we are looking forward to reading the book that she has so kindly left behind. Well, I am an owner with a male German Shepherd, I am OCD about my dog. I'm strict about his training being continued. Alan is just what we need, masses of experience, in obedience. I can't praise Sally enough for the excellent service she provided while caring for my old Labrador. Fudge became poorly before Sally arrived for her visit and Sally stayed with fudge until we returned home to make sure she was ok, this above and beyond anything I would of expected and I can't thank her enough. Sally looked after my three cats for three weeks while we were on a trip to Canada. While we were away Sally sent me regular updates, photos and videos of the cats, and also some of the flowers in my garden. When we arrived home we found Sally had cleaned house, and left fresh milk and bread, plus some really nice treats for us. The cats have been really well cared for and are very happy. We used the home boarding services for our two dogs one of which is very unsure of new people and new surroundings. I myself was unsure of leaving them as they'd not been left in this way before. We had several meet and greets with and without myself and my dogs were treated very lovingly as they were their own. We had daily updates and photos telling us about their day and where they'd been. I was completely satisfied with the service that was provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again even if its just for a walk. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended. More...
