We love helping our customers and making sure that all issues get resolved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working within the Technology Industry for 10+ years, we decided to make the move to starting a business, and being able to provide our own customers IT Support, and ongoing services.
Why should our clients choose you?
We work within a tight SLA schedule. When we agree to support for a customer, we will try to resolve their issue within the first call/visit. When signed up to a Service Contract, we will always to make our first response within the 4 Hour SLA (Service Level Agreement).
