Did not turn up for first appointment after I left early for a 4.45 meet. They phone at 5.30 to apologise. They reset meet for 10am Saturday - again failed to turn up at all - I called after 30 mins - no call back - wasted in total 2 hours of my time - use someone else !

Dear Paul, Our sincerest apologies for the poor experiance you have had. I have checked with my staff and identified that the team due to visit you were preoccupied with taking one of the team to A&E having suffered an injury on the job they were on prior to the site visit organised at your addess. Clearly this was not communciated within the drama of the situation. I can only apologise and offer you a discount and the up most of attentiveness should you ever engage with our services again. I would be happy to offer you an additional reduction on the cost of any works as a further apology. If you care to cast your eye over all of our existing reviews you will hooefully deduce this was an isolated event and your feedback has been taken on board very seriously. We buy the credits which allow us to contact you to provide a quote so I must reitterate our intention is not to waste credits and active leads, neither do we wish to not obtain a job and get negative feedback.
