Hi Alan, Sorry to see this review. We are extremely busy at the moment and although we do try our best to keep every one up to date sometimes things can slip through the net. We did come back to rectify the drainage issue and were due to return on Tuesday to install the gravel as requested. We have had many conversations and have always done our best to accommodate you, I’m sorry you feel let down in this way and thought we had a good working relationship. It was becoming so frustrating trying to find landscapers in our local area and then we did, they failed to show for appointments or for the few that did turn up, they never sent the quotes through that they said they would. . . After yet another Google search I came across bark.com and tendered out my request to have my whole back garden re-landscaped. If i remember i think I tendered out to maybe half a dozen or so including WM Exteriors.

So - within around 20 minutes I received a text message from WM (which surprised me being so quick with the response). We had a fairly good idea of how we wanted the garden to look and had hand-drawn up some plans ourselves which we had given to other companies - in the main the ones that never turned up for the appointments. I emailed these plans after the initial contact with WM and from there we made an appointment within a few days.

The owner (Rob), cam to our house and measured our garden and after seeing the plans he then went away and within a few days he'd sent us a digitised computer image of how our garden would/could possibly look based on what we'd asked for. I must admit I was somewhat taken back by the professionalism of the design and never expected to have our garden designed on a computer. . . There was no doubt in our minds that this guy knew his stuff and he was professional - and moreover we felt we could trust him.

Once we were happy with the design and after changing a couple of things Rob emailed over the quote. We were not necessarily interested in the cheapest quote, it was about who we could trust and more so the quality of work. Between us, we ha to change a couple of things for the eventual design to fit within our budget, but in doing so the negotiations were quick, simple and easy to do. We then gave Rob and his team the go ahead to complete the work.

Throughout the initial stages and through the design stage the communication between ourselves and WM was spot on! A date was set and we were good to go. . . .

Once the work started at the end of each day the team cleaned our property to a standard like they'd never been there. They took pride in their work and looked after our property. Overall the work they have done has been superb. The whole experience with Rob and the team has been brilliant and we couldn't recommend them enough. We are thrilled with the work and how the garden now looks compared to the design.

If anyone is looking for a company to trust and have work done to a professional standard - then WM Exteriors are definitely the company to use.
