The Winserve team will understand the client’s medication requirements and then provide a service that is there to remind and prompt the client to take medication, ensure the correct dosage is taken and keep a record of all medications administered daily.

NHS guidelines recommend that adults do some type of physical activity every day. Using this, we can help with physical exercises at their own pace. We can suggest new activities, keep track of exercise, and encourage service users to be more active.

We support you with shopping. This may be anything from picking up milk and eggs, to assisting you to go to your local supermarket.

Our staff have food preparation training, and they are ready to support our service users with their meals. We can assist with making a cup of tea, a sandwich, all the way up to helping our service user with a full cooked meal.

We help you to keep your home clean and tidy. We assist with: washing up, cleaning surfaces, making the bed, vacuuming and more.

We provide high quality care services for seniors. We understand that everyone's needs are different and will tailor our care to your needs.

We are experienced in promoting independence of those with dementia, while making sure they are safe and cared for.

It is important that those who care for others can also care for themselves. This is why we offer a respite care service, to give loved ones a break and piece of mind.
