Personally I have not used a taxi for about thirty five years but today I decided to try them. Booking on the phone was easy, no long wait. On receipt of my booking I received a text message giving a link. Following the link gave me a map where I could follow my taxi coming to me. It had their name, vehicle and registration number. The vehicle turned up within the time I was given, the car was clean inside and out, the driver was smartly dressed, very polite and knew where he was going. The cost was as I had been advised. My return trip was the same as the outbound. I cannot fault the service and was left seriously impressed. It won't be thirty five years before I use one again! More...

I have used this service for the last 4 months to get to and from work, it has been excellent with the driver always on time and very well presented.
I am never late to work and the drivers always choose the best routes to avoid as much traffic as possible.
The controllers are great and give accurate where abouts of the driver and the cars are very prestige.

I've been using Windsor Cars for 9 years now. They've been consistently polite, they keep my credit card on file so I don't have to carry cash, and their charges typically reasonable. I have been utilising the services of Windsor Cars for the past three years and as of the moment, I have been always met with exceptional service and responsibly.
Everything from airport transfers and travel around London, for both myself and my colleagues has been met by the above-mentioned characteristics. Truly said, I have been thus far never disappointed by this company and ergo the reason, why I have come to solely rely upon them, as they have provided the necessary service promptly, at any occasion.
Considering that the company services the key region around Heathrow, I would recommend it, without any doubt. This is the company that, when called upon to the airport to greet my guests, has resulted in those guests declaring that they had “a unique experience upon their arrival to the UK”.
I would look forward to services expanded even further, as so far the results have been admirable.
