From valuation to sale Ben and his team (Amy, Adrienne and Billy) have been nothing short of brilliant! They have a superb friendly, approachable, but most importantly, professional work ethic and nothing is too much trouble. Communication throughout the process has been excellent. I have been so impressed with how they operate as a team and credit to Ben for managing that. I sold my house remotely through WH Brown, West Bridgford in March 2018, but despite the 170 mile distant between us I received a personal service.
WH Brown sold the property within 2 days of placing it on the market and I achieved the desirable selling price.

Ben and his team are doers, they get things done and they are all incredibly helpful, with everyone knowing who I was when I phoned up and always knowing where we were in the process. They all offered me an exception service throughout the sale of my property.

Ben’ involvement was very much appreciated, he is extremely knowledgeable in his field and demonstrated this through his management of other parties to speed things up – often exceeding his remit to get things done

They come highly recommended by me as a 5* Estate Agent and I would absolutely use them again

I sold two of my Propertys with the West Bridgford branch in which case one of the Propertys sold in 2 days and the other within a month thanks to the honesty of pricing and the correct advice.
I found the staff very hopeful and polite and made me feel that nothing was ever to much trouble for them, ie sorting out Epc which was included with my package.
All these things just made the process so easy.
