Rented through them and our agent Holly was absolutely fantastic. She helped us every step of the way liaising with the landlady who lives abroad. A few hiccups with referencing later we got moved in quickly and easily, the only downside was the management company automatically moved the energy and gas provider to a company called Spark, so we've got to wait for them to take over until we can change, but that's not a deal breaker.
