I work around clients and their preferences. I don't force fad diets, my specific food plans, super restrictives calories, tonnes of cardio etc. It doesn't work. What works is what you prefer in your life and me helping you work with what you already have.

Knowledge is power, if you understand how to then you'll have the best results. Consistency, patience and sustainability are some of the most important ingredients.

I have helped people for years. I know how the fitness industry works, i'm not trying to scam you into weeks/months of costly personal training. To be able to offer coaching which empowers clients to have their own journey, that's making a difference.

I'm offering something that I know most others don't. I could offer weekly training/coaching like most others, but it doesn't actually get you to your end goal.

I'm honest about weight loss. This is a side project for me, I have a full time job, mid 30's and family of 5, I can only do a limited amount of these coaching sessions. You want someone who you can relate to? or someone who is a full time personal trainer in their 20's?
