I am an Italian national who lived in the UK for 12 years before deciding to apply for naturalisation.
I had many jobs and lived at many addresses, which always make an application more complicated. Jay always replied to my emails promptly. He submitted the application on my behalf and, just yesterday, he told me that it had been successful!
