Tuffshop
We use white star security as key holder and alarm response at Tuffshop. Their response times are second to none (usually arrive within 15 minutes) and I receive an email with details and pictures of the alarm call. They never bother me out of hours unless it is absolutely urgent. They're also trained in house to attain the White Star accreditation which includes; customer service, knives and edged weapon awareness, defibrillator, first aid, mental health, autism awareness, fire marshal and a retail security NVQ.
