Fantastic service from start to finish, it’s a true pleasure dealing with Khan and his team. Excellent workmanship, attention to detail and customer service.
Nothing was too much trouble. Even through the current lockdown situation Khan kept in touch and ensured his team were available when restrictions were lifted. Thrilled and delighted with my new kitchen! Would highly recommend Western kitchens.

Terrible company Western Kitchens ask you to pay up front, once they have your money, Western Kitchens, will do all that is possible not to help . Our kitchen was still not finished months after I had given them my hard earned cash. The kitchen was mis-measured, leaving a gap of around 4" from the last cupboard to the wall, the air extractor, went off with a loud bang, the first time I tried to switch it on. The dish washer, was left in the middle of the dining room, as the people fitting the kitchen, said they could not remove a gas pipe. I had so many complaints, with Western Kitchens, that they stopped taking my phone calls. The kitchen units are now bubbling on a lot of the doors, this after a short space of time. Leave Western Kitchens, well alone, as all you will get is an upset wife, and stress. More...

From the very start till the end Western Kitchen have been fantastic to work with. They listened and took into consideration all of our requests and we now have a beautiful kitchen thanks to them and their team. The kitchen fitters they sent were very kind, polite and their work was the best I have ever come across, they only deliver perfection and their finishing on every detail was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. We have just had a kitchen fitted with them and the service was excellent from start to finish. Khalid initially came out to us and was very helpful with suggestions and making various plans to help us decide the layout. We were then invited to their great showroom in Derby to see all the options for our budget. They have a great range of styles to suit everyone's taste and budget!! The fitters were fantastic, we had a lot of work done but they kept us involved at every stage. We are really happy with the overall result, quality of the kitchen, and the service we received. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Khalid even came out a couple of times during fitting to oversee and make sure we were happy. Great service for a great price!! I would definitely recommend Western Kitchen. Amazing customer service. Taking every detail on board and helping us to vision the design of the kitchen and suggesting ideas.
