Done the job I wanted doing quickly

Firstly Pearce came out and quoted us a price for all our trees to be cut down and taken away
We said we would think about it has we would be having other quotes
He then proceeded to text me and call dropping the price so obviously if its cheaper you take their word for it
Finally they came out to do the work and Pearce Father said to my Husband no way we can do the job for that price and wanted almost double
Very disappointed to be messed around by a so called professional company More...

We quoted you a price and you kept on knocking us down we then agreed a price but for you to keep the trimmings the day we turned up you asked us to take it with us we then gave you a price and you wasn’t happy I cannot to do a bigger job for less then it was quoted for .

Came to give a quote and completed the work then and there. Quick and professional.

Pearce turned up to give me a quote but was able to fit in the work the same day. Cracked on and got it done quickly. Very happy with service

Seeking to give a number of trees in the garden some overdue care and attention Pearce came to assess the work required. He was able to advise and offer the attention needed. Which meant cutting back branches and reducing the trees hight.
We were able to clearly identify the work that would be done. Even using photographs with lines drawn on them, marking where the trees would to be cut back to. So having agree on a schedule and price, as well as clarity of the work to be carried out, West Midland Tree Care were hired.

Though a little late Pearce arrived with two others as planned and they commenced work. Sadly due to weather conditions, it was not completed on the day. But it was promised to be completed over the coming weekend. So part payment was made and I awaited the promise to be fulfilled.

I came out to do the work with my colleagues we discussed where you would like to have your trees cut we then agreed for the work to be carried out as agreed while working it was unsafe for us to cut 2 final branches as our climber felt that the branch was that brittle it could snap from below where he was when then agreed to lower the price if we left those 2 branches you then agreed and payed .

Excellent service, arrived on time! worked within the time frame, cut my trees and ensured that I was happy with everything before leaving, friendly team..😊

I can honestly say, these guys came, gave a competitive quote, and did exactly what they said they would. I will definitely hire them again, but fear they’ll be too busy once word gets round. Top job!

I called west Midland tree care the start Of the week regarding tree work I would like doing , they came out and gave me a very good competitive quote , work was carried out very professionally and made sure all garden waste was cleared and garden was clean , very happy and would recommend highly and would use them again .
