I enquired about a single walk for our dog as my partner is currently housebound and I was going to be out all day. Despite the likelihood of this being merely a one off, Deborah, (We Love Pets, Hereford), made a special visit to meet and greet Roxy, (and us I guess) during the week before. Throughout Deborah was professional and very personable with an evident affinity for dogs which was extremely reassuring as we'd never entrrusted Roxy to anybody's care previously. The walk went well, (or so Roxy told me), and nothing was too much trouble for Deborah, she even offerred to make tea for my partner! Dave looked after our 2 guinea pigs and our fish brilliantly. We didn’t have to worry about them at all whilst we were on holiday. Andrea was looking after our free roaming cat while we were away and from the very first couple of visits we knew he was in most safe and friendly hands. We were always reassured that he was not only looked after but also had the best possible company and cuddles - Andrea sent us detailed updates with photos and videos. She even came back a couple of extra times when Theo was not in - to try and see him and make sure he was doing fine! We knew he really enjoyed her company - he was happy and "talkative" when we came back. We were initially a bit nervous about someone new looking after Theo but so happy we found Andrea! Andrea is so relaxed around our pets, but most of all our dog Goldie who is a bit of an excited Loon. She's still quite young so has lots of energy and needs discipline. Andrea is great at calming her down and getting her to trust her. Andrea has a natural way and affinity with animals and they respond to her in a happy and friendly way too. Her skills and training mean she is able to understand exactly the right response and make walks and time spent together great fun. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her lovely warm kind patient nature makes her the perfect person for taking care of pets. Andrea is amazing when looking after your beloved pets. She treats them as if they were her own and sends daily updates (photos and videos) to put your mind at ease. Our cats always seem happy and relaxed on our return and this is definitely due to Andrea's calming influence. For myself, I am passionate about the provision of high quality pet care. It's exceptional customer service that drives me in my business and provides me with tremendous job satisfaction.
I love walking dogs, sitting for puppies, cats and rabbits and as this is my dream job, I do it as best I can.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working in the corporate world for many years prior to starting my full time pet care business and feeling like I could give more to the right role, I thought again about my career options and prospects. As a lifelong animal lover, this was the one role I knew would suit me better than any other, so I looked and found my niche. Never regretted it either.
Why should our clients choose you?
Myself and my team are professional dog walkers and pet carers. We are quite simply potty about animals and providing the highest quality care for them and their owners. We are fully insured, DBS checked, pet first aid certificated and as animal care is our primary focus, we take our jobs seriously whilst adding a fun aspect to each session. Our clients enjoy our service and we have built firm friendships with them, fulfilling their requirements with greater understanding because of our high level of communication.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We sanitise, wear masks and use our own pet care equipment where necessary. We regularly take lateral flow tests and ensure we do not come into close contact physically, with those who have symptoms.
Being mainly dog walkers, we don't usually come into close contact with our clients, and when we do, we ensure all parties are safe.
Pet care in the home is usually conducted whilst clients are out of the home, so is safe, but we also sanitise when we leave.
Dog Walking
We are DBS checked and fully insured professional City & Guilds trained walkers with pet first aid certification.
We will walk your dog in small groups or alone with a high regard for his or her welfare.
Our high value service comes with WhatsApp pupdates for each and every session, so you can be assured your dog is benefitting and enjoying from our due care and attention.
A complimentary meet and greet session is scheduled prior to any bookings, where we gather all information relevant to your requirements to ensure we fulfil our role to our best efforts and your preferences.
Pet Sitting - Dog/Cat/Rabbit/Other small animal
We offer professional pet sitting sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
You can book multiple 30-min pop-in sessions over a day for your puppy while you are at work or out for the day.
You can also book overnight sits or by the day/hour if you need to be away from your dog.
Cat or other small animal sitting sessions can be booked at either end of the day which is usually for cleaning litter trays and feeding/playing/welfare.
We schedule a complimentary meet & greet session prior to any booking so you can determine if we are the right fit for your requirements.
Whilst you are 'away' for whatever reason, we send you photos and videos so that you can comfortably see we are looking after your beloved pet.
Our 1:1 high value service is beneficial to all animals, as our focus is on their welfare. With us visiting your home, especially if your pet is particularly sensitive, we can reduce any anxiety they may feel by understanding their situation and providing warmth and comfort.
House Sitting - Overnight
House sitting is an alternative to boarding. We stay in your home overnight or by day, looking after your puppy or adult dog in your home while you are away.
No dog can be left alone overnight, and if a kennel or other boarding option is not suitable, we therefore stay with your pet and sleep in your home instead of ours.
We would schedule a meet and greet prior to any booking so you can determine if we are the right fit for you and your pet.
Whilst you are away, we will take and send you via WhatsApp, photos and videos of your pet, showing how much we are caring for him or her.
We are professionally trained, with pet first aid certification too, fully insured and DBS checked, so you can be assured of a high value, secure service offering.
