I love seeing a change in a client that has come from their own hard work and tenancity with a little help from me as their Personal trainer and health coach

I always wanted to be in the fitness industry but did 21 years in health and social care. As health and social care was no longer about the individual and that individuals change at their own speed and no level of targets were going to get clients to change. I knew that it was time to build my own business where I could support and encourage clients at their own pace to make a change that would support their own dreams and goals.

Cause I'm amazing joke! I really care about anyone who comes to work with me. I not only care I want to be able to help and encourage to make a change I want to be able to celebrate the change that they have made successfully even if there have been bumps in the road to get there.
