Every lender has their own lending criteria, which is where our expertise can really help you. By working closely with each lender, over time we have developed specific knowledge of what each one likes and dislikes when making their lending decisions. This means that after assessing your circumstances, we'll know which lender to turn to to get you the outcome you really want.

We're here to help you throughout the entire process. In the beginning, we'll provide you with a free, no obligation initial consultation to discuss your situation. After this, we'll conduct our research and present our recommendation back to you. Finally, we'll handle the application process from start to finish and get you the mortgage offer you need.

On top of this, we will:

- Instruct a solicitor for you and manage the process through our custom built Solicitor Management System. Through our system, the solicitor will give us and you regular case updates. This allows us to stay on top of them and ensure your case progresses as quickly and smoothly as possible.

- Create a bespoke Protection portfolio for you that will protect you and your family financially if you die, if you're diagnosed with a serious illness such as cancer, or are unable to work after an accident or because of sickness.

- Arrange your home insurance. Did you know that it is a legal requirement to have buildings insurance at a minimum? Because we have your property details, we can ensure that we choose a provider that is acceptable to your lender.

- Provide you with a life time aftercare service. This means we'll stay in touch with you and provide you with regular reviews to ensure the package we have put together remains the most optimal.
