General bespoke counselling from a psychospiritual perspective; my particular interests are in disordered eating and EDNOS, recovery from emotional abuse - romantic relationships, bullying in the workplace - and helping clients find their way through difficult changes and transitions so that they can free themselves of blocks and saboteurs. l offer talking therapy including sand tray constellation work, coaching and hypnosis.
