We are here for one night as it’s my husbands birthday, on arrival in our room was a box of chocolates and a card we thought this was a lovely gesture. We used the spa facilities and the staff explained everything we needed to know really well. After the spa we went into the bar area and even though there was a wedding on the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Later we had a meal in the restaurant and the staff where all amazing, very polite and couldn’t do enough for you. On behalf of my new husband and I we would like to give a massive thank you to Pauline, Mark, Chris and the team at Waterton Park. We had the most amazing wedding here last weekend and they looked after us from start to finish. Everything was done with precision and a perfect eye for detail. Nothing was too much trouble and we had the most stress free amazing day thanks to them. Anyone debating booking Waterton for their wedding day definitely should as you will not be disappointed. Beautiful hotel with stunning surroundings. We got married here on the 16th September and it was a brilliant day, the best day of our lives. All the staff did an incredible job and ensured the whole day went smoothly. Kate our wedding coordinator was superb and looked after not just me and my husband, but all our family and friends. The rooms are a great size and really well decorated. The gym and swimming pool facilities are great as well. The food is brilliant, we love Charlie’s bar. We had our wedding here on 26th August and wow!!! I can’t find the words to express how truly amazing all the staff are here, our wedding day ran so smoothly, they all made us feel so at ease. We had our own wedding at Waterton Park & it really was our perfect day. The day run like clock work thanks to the lovely pauline & her team, who were attentive & ensured our day went without a hitch. The venue itself it absolutely beautiful, the grounds are just stunning & the photos that were captured we will cherish for a lifetime. Well me and my now husband got married here on our 7 year anniversary at 10th Feb 2018. I would like to say how PERFECT, our day was, from start to finish and also the build up and organisation from everyone at the venue, especially Pauline, you are amazing. I never dreamt of what my wedding would be, I was never one of those girls, so we planned our day to suit, seeing all the planning come together, was just out of this world, but even more special because the day ran so smoothly, it was faultless!!! That’s a massive thanks to everyone that was helping on the day, the staff at the hotel and a big thanks to all the managers, Pauline, Paul and Chris that made sure our day ran without any hiccups.

We will definitely be returning in the not so distant future as I was blown away by the service that we received by each and every one of you.

Pauline was the main reason that we booked this venue and it did not disappoint, from the first visit of this venue, she was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much for her when showing us round the venue, she was down to earth, welcoming, friendly and she made me want to book our wedding at this absolutely breath-taking venue.

Waterton Park Hotel, you smashed it, thank you so so much for the most amazing wedding day I could have ever dreamt of!!!

My husband & I have just come back from celebrating our 2nd Wedding Anniversary at Waterton Park. We absolutely loved and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone. We booked one of the beautiful suits overlooking the lake and recieved flowers, champagne & chocolates on arrival. We stayed overnight and enjoyed a lovely three course meal in the evening, followed by an equally lovely breakfast the morning. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We got married at Waterton yesterday and I cannot thank you all enough. The day was absolutely perfect. Extra special thanks go to Pauline for being so wonderful throughout, to Paul for being so sweet and lovely and organising our afternoon, and to Chris for looking after us all evening. And to the staff who very kindly hunted down some vegetarian meals in a nano second for 2 of my guests that I hadn’t been made aware were vegetarian. What a fantastic spa day we had, from start to finish, the staff were so helpful, friendly and very accommodating, we had use of the pool and facilities then over to the spa where I’ve got to say that it was one of the best places I’ve ever been ! Once again the staff there are all very professional treatment rooms are amazing and the relaxation room was simply beautiful. Me and Emily had our wedding reception here in 2017 and from the start of the day to the end it was just amazing.
The staff couldn’t do enough throughout the day to help and it was appreciated so much.
All of our guests have commented to us that the venue was picturesque and how it was the best wedding they have been to...again down to the staffs help and professionalism.
We returned last night for our 1st anniversary and again staff courteous and professional.
The food both breakfast and evening meal are superb.
Cannot recommend Waterton Park enough.

Pauline & Kate were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and went beyond any of our expectations. They gave us loads of great advice on the day and on the approach to our wedding and really put us at ease. The results of all the staffs hard work were just staggering and we couldn't have asked for anymore. Me and my husband would just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at waterton park making us feel so so comfortable on our wedding day they were so organised with all of our decorations ect and made sure we had nothing to worry about for the big day, special thanks to Pauline our wedding co-ordinator she was an absolute star! Always made sure we were okay and if we needed any questions answered she would always get back to us straight away so friendly and just a lovely person, I also hired singing waiters which was a secret from my husband and the staff made it run so smoothly he hadn’t a clue hehe! A big shout out to Val Pauline’s mum (chair cover lady cushty chairs) val and her husband were fantastic with the chair covers and the table covers they were so gorgeous and I couldn’t believe she had the colour to match our bridesmaids she’s was just amazing definitely recommend going with her for chair covers she will go the extra mile for you ! Can’t recommend the venue enough just simply stunning� ! All of our guests were in awe of the venue they loved it! My massage as well was just so relaxing the day before the wedding the hot stone massage I got was perfect for wedding stress ladies! My husband and I married at Waterton Park hotel on Wednesday the 29th November. We had such an amazing day from start to finish, perfect, all the staff were incredible. They made our day so special, a day to remember for the rest of our lives. Pauline who was our wedding coordinator was brilliant. She was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. From helping with planning and supporting us through the weeks running up to our day, then making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. The food is amazing and the picturesque setting where Waterton sits is just stunning.
