If I could give Waterloo Kennels more than 5 stars, I would! Liz and Jess were so friendly and caring. I was worried that my dog, who is older (14 years) and very small, might have trouble at the kennel. She is not used to being left anywhere other than with friends in a home environment. Liz and Jess put my fears to rest right away - it is obvious that they truly love animals and they took care of our dog as if she was their own! They made sure that our pup got lots of one on one attention even though the kennel was very busy during the half-term holiday. I think Waterloo should be described not as a kennel, but as a home away from home for your dog! They sent us picture updates via Whatsapp while we were away out of the country that allowed us to enjoy our vacation without a single drop of guilt. I think our dog was a bit sad to come back to us after being so spoiled at Waterloo! I would recommend them to anyone - you will be able to leave your dog feeling confident that they will be loved and cared for as you would yourself! More...
