Julie & I cannot praise Waggy Tails service highly enough. Marianne & Neil visited a our two Jack a Poos everyday throughout the year while we were at work. They are very caring and professional and have a love for their work - seldom found these days. The dogs really enjoyed their company and we enjoyed the daily pupdate photos that they sent to us.We thoroughly recommend them and needless to say will use them again when we need them. More...

I am extremely happy with the service Waggy Tails provide. They have visited my two Jackapoos each weekday since May. I've had daily photos of them playing in the garden and highly recommend their caring and dedicated service.

Archie stayed with Waggy Tails for 12 nights while we were on holiday and had a great time, lovely garden to play in and some lovely walks. We've never left him before so we were worried about how he would cope but he was fine and it was great to get the updates on what's app while we were away. He's settled straight back in at home like we've never been away. We will have no worries about leaving him with them next time we go on holiday and I'm sure he'll look forward to seeing them again. Marianne is brilliant. I have a nervous dog and she put her (& me!) at ease when walking her. She sends pictures and leaves a little report card after each one. Everything was absolutely great with the cats when we got home and the house was lovely and tidy. Both our cats were really so happy and cuddly and I could really tell they’d been looked after well it was so nice not to worry about them and having the picture updates were so lovely to receive. Cuba our little Yorkie has just got back from a 17 day holiday at Waggy Tails and he was so happy to see us on our return that his tail never stopped wagging. Marianne and Neil have been professional from the onset. We also got regular pictures of Cuba sent to us and regular updates about Cuba’s well being while we where away on holiday. It’s very reassuring to have regular updates about Cuba. Oh and always on hand are their children who regularly give Cuba plenty of cuddles. Waggy Tails is a fantastic service, My dog Cuba doesn’t fair well in kennels so we thought we would try home stay with Waggy Tails and I have to say that we are very pleased with the care our dog got from Neil, Marianna and the boys. Cuba spent 17 day’s there and had a fantastic time including regular walks he was so happy to see us when we picked him up from his holidays and he was very relaxed. While we was on holiday Neil and Marianne sent regular pictures of Cuba while he was out walking or playing happily with their family and getting plenty of cuddles, which is Cuba’s favourite past time. Neil, Marianne and family are such sweet genuine people that bring out the best in your fur baby, I can’t thank them enough . If you’re thinking of going on holiday and want your fur baby to be loved like you love them and plenty of cuddles and excersise I would definitely recommend Waggy Tails. We can't thank Marianne and Neil enough for looking after our Springer Spaniel, Lucy. Their professionalism, care, love and cuddles they gave her went beyond what we could have wished for. It's not often that I recommend local businesses but the services offered by Waggy Tails deserves wider publicity. We have an epileptic cat with occasional behaviour problems which make it difficult to find either a cattery or kitty sitter when we go away on holiday.

Thoroughly recommend waggy tails. Totally professional from start to finish. Our pooch teddy has only ever stayed a night or two with relatives and being an energetic pup, I was nervous he would drive everyone mad!
