The moving team who came had all the equipment, new van, tools (to disassemble my flat pack wardrobe), blankets etc and they were courteous, professional and very efficient . The guys were very punctual (they even come 10 minutes earlier than expected), very polite and careful with moving furniture, nothing has been scratched or any damages have been done to the old and new flat. I couldn't expect a better service. I will definitely call them to move, in case I need to move again. I chose VP Smart Removals based on a friend's recommendation. A team of two movers came on time. They've looked at the room with packed stuff and furniture, came up with a plan and executed it smoothly and quickly, handling fragile items with care. I didn't need to worry about anything. They've also disassembled and re-assembled some furniture for me. Unloading was efficient and well planned too. You can tell they're very experienced.
