I had problems with my neck for quite a while, I had numerous massages elsewhere but nothing seemed to work. Yesterday I had a neck massage with Sinead and found the whole experience extremely relaxing and I can honestly say that my neck has felt so much better. Would highly recommend!

Just been to see Sinead for a sports massage and it was AMAZING! I had been struggling with a muscle problem in my shoulder for some time and asked Sinead whether she thought she could help. She sent me lots of information and gave me lots of options before booking an appointment. Even at the appointment she offered to give me some exercises to try at home before committing to the massage. I chose to have the massage and she talked me through what she was doing throughout, it was so interesting to hear about what was happening to my muscles while she was massaging me. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and I felt very relaxed. 5 star service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend her to anyone suffering with aches and pains!!! More...

I had one of Sinead's first massages after a long fell race and can highly recommend her services. I spend 30 minutes receiving a soft tissue treatment and couldn't fault the price or her new studio. As a yoga teacher I am often teaching many hours of yoga a week on top of my own practice, and although the Yoga keeps me supple, I also think it’s very important for anyone who does any type of physical activity, be it for work or play, also adds a sports massage into their ‘regime’.
