Emma is excellent at diagnosing exactly what I needed to do in order to improve my habits and general well-being. I went to Emma after experiencing a lot of anxiety and after a series of questions, she designed a bespoke programme to ground and calm. What was particularly amazing was when walking through several techniques in detail (one I had done before), I didn’t realise how badly I was doing it! She is an expert at teaching correct yoga positioning/breathing, understanding your personal body and mind needs and really guiding you individually in best yoga practice. Thank you Emma! More...
