The reason for my rating was that working with Emily was I have to say a joy. Emily was a great listener and took on board who you were and where you were with food. Emily introduced me to small changes and goals that were easy to sustain and my approach to food has altered greatly. Emily was never judgmental but was always encouraging. Emily has made a huge change in my views on choosing what to eat and has shown me how to step out of my comfort food zone. I gained so much from every meeting we had. Introducing a food diary and giving me goals and different ways of trying to put good things on my plate was exactly what I needed. I am very happy to confirm that Emily has been a great help to me with planning nutrition's and exercise advises for the last three months.

At the start of my journey I was so confused with what i should be doing to improve my nutrition to enable me to lose weight and also lead a healthier lifestyle. Emily was fantastic she broke everything down with my diet and we looked at where i wanted to change/improve, we created habits which in turn has literally turned my life around in regards to eating and lifestyle.
