After working for various care companies, joining Visiting Angels - South Herts really do everything they can to ensure that the care staff and the client's are happy and their needs are met.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to have the freedom to deliver person centred care, and ensure that we are 'carer centric'
Why should our clients choose you?
We operate differently to other agencies, we deliver a more personal service and ensure that all care staff are suitably matched to each service user to promote effective care delivery.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure that all our care staff are equipped with personal protective equipment, they also carry anti bacterial spray/wipes. All our care staff are tested weekly for Covid and we have all been vaccinated.
