Visiting Angels Middlesex and Oxford

My mother is bed bound in a hospital bed at home. I live abroad and chose Visiting Angels to care for my mum. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Recently mum had diverticulitis and an infection which caused her to be in absolute agony. Parag, who is the owner of the care company was so concerned, that he came to mums house and promptly called an ambulance. He waited with her and then drove to the hospital behind the ambulance, just to make sure mum was looked after. During her 10 day stay in hospital, Parag visited several times and spoke to the doctors. He was then able to inform me of mums situation and condition, which was incredibly helpful for me. When mum was discharged from hospital, Parag and another carer were there at my mums home waiting for her to arrive and settle her in for the night. I am so impressed that another person/people can care for mums as well as I do when I can. I thought I would have to travel back to England but Visiting Angels showed me, that they were so caring and attentive towards my 94 yr old mum. I can visit in august now on her 95th birthday without any worries. My father has Dementia. I first used Visiting Angels last year when I wanted a carer to visit Dad twice a week. The carer they provided was completely delightful but Dad was so resistent to having help, that after a few visits I had to cancel the booking. This spring, Dad needed a live in carer. To work with Visiting Angels is a real pleasure. Sadly in today’s world, we have lost trust in our fellow beings. I must have appeared to be difficult at first, but I soon learnt to trust and appreciate the genuine care this company has, when caring for my bed bound mum.
