The best websites are visually stimulating, have beautiful web design, and have fantastic content. They should also have pages that load quickly and must be very easy to navigate. It is also a great idea to make it very easy for customers to contact the business. So ensure there is a good contact form, calls to action, and contact details like telephone and email.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The start of a new project is always exciting. We want to know as much as possible about the project, including what the customer wants to achieve and how the site should look. If there are any special features they want, we need to know so we can factor them into the web design. It is also a good idea to know about your budget and timeframe.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing a website take shape is always great. No matter what the initial brief is, there is a chance the web design and criteria will evolve during the project. This keeps it interesting and means we can be creative in finding a solution.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working at bigger companies showed me how important customer service is. Sadly it can be hard for these large businesses to care for every customer. At Web Consultancy I want to be able to give every customer the advice and support they need when they need any help. I also want the chance for my team to grow and be creative.
