I am a licensed coach for a company called Engage & Grow; they are a worldwide coaching business featuring in over 85 countries, with over 300 coaches. There is one single mission, which is to create a globally-engaged workforce, one company at a time.
We offer a 12-week, facilitated program which requires me to be on site for around 1 to 1.5 hrs at the same time, on the same day each week with a group of (max) 12 participants, typically those who are leaders within the business.
Each program is designed specifically for each company we work with. The two sets of data we need to start a program are…
1). The results from an engagement survey; this survey consists of 10 questions and will take no longer than 10 minutes for the participant to complete.
2). To understand from the business owners what their KPI’s are for the next 3-6 months.
This allows Engage & Grow to select 12 engagement keys from the 88 that we have (more like topics and/or behaviours), which are then distributed throughout the 12 weekly sessions at different points.
Our opening question at the beginning of any program is: “what is the one thing you would improve or change to ensure this business was number one in your industry?”
Although we talk about behaviours and culture, we are always bringing it back to business performance.
Once the survey is completed and we have the results, we can then compare the investment versus the hidden cost of any disengaged employees within your organisation.
