Enzo, Oli, Julie & the team were amazing. Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start! ! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. They both helped to ease any anxiety or worries we had by reassuring and answering questions that we had every single time. Enzo and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with from initial meeting through to completion. We could not have picked a tougher time to sell our property, during the height of the pandemic! Enzo and co stepped up to the challenge and managed to get people through the door. Top notch from Via Properties again. I had a tenant change his plans and needed to get someone in quickly whilst also not cutting any corners in terms of credit checks etc. They had it marketed immediately and did a great job in getting the right prospective tenants through the door. The administration was handled very efficiently by Ollie at the start and always came back with an answer to what ever our question was and Enzo was very helpful in making sure we had everything in order and his knowledge came in very handy as we were in a sales chain at the start of the tenancy.
