How long have you been in business?
The business started over 15 years ago initially as a ventilation cleaning and servicing company. Customer requests made us consider expanding which is why we find ourselves where we are now. Our aim is to offer a "one stop shop" so for example with end of tenancy lets we can do everything required from carpets, ovens, guttering and the deep cleaning etc. This has been very well received by our customers as they only need to deal with one company rather than several different ones .
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all equipment and supplies required, although if a customer would prefer us to use their own products we are equally happy to do so. We have a variety of products and cater for all requirements.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the diversity of our jobs, everyday is different and some more challenging than others! We enjoy working with our customers and ensuring that their requirements are both met and exceeded.At Vent-Care Cleaning Services, customer satisfaction is the backbone of our excellent reputation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Employing cleaners to come and clean my house whilst I was at work and then coming home and cleaning after them. We clearly had different levels of cleaning!!
