We first started our interior design project with Lauren in October 2017 through the Laura Ashley Design Service. She has been fabulous! She understood our brief, our vision from the onset and helped us achieve our desired look. Lauren’s attention to detail and her understanding of customers needs are second to none. We felt so comfortable inviting her into our home and embarking on the redesign of it. She made the whole process easy and took away the stress of us having to source all the items ourselves. What’s your interior design process?
Your interior design journey will start with an in depth consultation, either together on site, or over a video call. I will spend time getting to know you, your tastes and home aspirations. Following on from your initial consultation, you will then receive a clear, tailored quotation with design fee’s up front. I will include a concept board to put your mind at ease and to ensure you that I have interpreted your brief correctly.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
I would describe my style as soft and serene, with a sophisticated and luxurious flair. I am mostly inspired by contemporary and Scandinavian style interiors. I love to infuse sumptuous fabrics, natural materials and pastel tones (I do also love a dark scheme though)
What do you love most about your job?
Any Interior Designer will say the same... It's seeing how happy my final schemes make my clients. It's a real 'pinch me' moment. How lucky am I that my job brings such joy to others?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am luckily enough to have known my passion for a long time. After being employed for over a decade in the industry, I never really found a job that was a true fit to what I wanted out of life. It was after the pause in 2020 (thank you furlough) that I was able to start building my dream. I have never looked back.

I like to think I become friends with all those I work with. I am a great listener and and naturally very intuitive when it comes to understanding what my clients need from me. I care deeply about what I do, and it is important for me to get it right.
I value the importance of collaboration and always strive to understand my clients' visions. It is important to me to understand the aesthetic aspects but also prioritise functionality and practicality. I believe that a well-designed space should seamlessly blend beauty and functionality to create a harmonious balance that enhances everyday living.
