Long overdue but much warranted recommendation! Valley Loft Conversions completed a loft conversion for us earlier this year. This recommendation will make them sound too good to be true, but the service we received from them was utterly flawless from start to finish. They stuck to budget, stuck to deadlines, our team of builders were hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and friendly (even humouring our 9 year old's incessant chatter after school every day as she ran up excitedly to see what they'd done whilst she'd been away), tidied up after themselves at the end of each day. How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
As a general rule...if your existing loft space head height is 2.2-2.3m(as measured from the top of 1st floor ceiling joist to the underside of the timber ridge)then you would be able to convert. However there are exceptions to this generalised rule and we would always suggest that an initial appointment is arranged.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in and around the North/Nw/East London & suburbs for many years, creating in excess of 100 lofts for local well known Loft companies and a term as a Project Manager. Mark Mead the director of the company decided that it was time to get back on the tools and offer his expertise directly to clients. Through this Valley Loft Conversions was conceived.
